We’re getting a lot of problems from people paying by Paypal inappropriately, so it’s worth reiterating a couple of points from our ‘How To Order’ page to emphasize how to use Paypal correctly (please bear in mind that Paypal payments are subject to the rules that govern both buyer AND seller, and these terms and conditions are insisted on by Paypal, NOT us). 

Firstly, please do not use Paypal ‘Friends & Family’ to make personal payments. Your payment to us is a business transaction for goods and services, and a personal payment gives us no Paypal seller protection.

Secondly, please ensure that your correct mailing address is shown with your Paypal payment, since we can only post to addresses registered with Paypal. Please do not ask us to post to an address other than the one shown with your Paypal payment, since this would invalidate our Paypal seller protection.  

Without seller protection, we are subject to any chargeback that your bank or card company might make in respect of your payment for any reason. We thank you for your co-operation.
