*Horror/Mystery 1960-1980s: From 1969, and alongside its companion title, Chamber of Darkness, Tower of Shadows was intended to rival DC’s Houses of Mystery and Secrets, launching Marvel’s Bronze Age horror revival. Despite a star roster of creators (Romita, Craig, Adams, Smith, Wood, Wrightson and an absolute classic story by Steranko in #1), it didn’t really catch on and lasted nine issues and one special before being retitled Creatures On The Loose with #10. We present the entire run, #1-9 plus the Special, on sale as a complete set and nearly all in nice grade.
