Back-up stories of Tommy Tomorrow (art by Jim Mooney) and Green Arrow (art by Lee Elias). Oh for the days when you could get three quality stories all in one issue! Aliens and monsters abound. In #111, Green Arrow encounters the Clock King, in that villain’s first appearance. Batwoman guests in #117.
