*Miscellaneous 1940-1959: From 1945, we present a rarity from the Bute Collection: Chesler’s Dynamic Comics #13, an anthology title with a fabulous cover by Gus Ricca and a horde of quality adventure & super-hero stories: Dynamic Man, Mr E, Dynamic Boy, Dan Hastings, The Echo & Lucky Coyne, plus one comedy strip, Ima Slooth. Artists include Al Plastino, Chrales Sultan, George Tuska and many others. A great condition copy with an atmospheric cover with vivid colours, totally unmarked and with only very minimal wear around the edges. Dr Evilla remarked that the explorer on the cover resembled a young David Attenborough (in looks if not in deed!) Comic lies flat with square corners. Pages are a very nice supple off-white. Staples are firm at spine and centrefold (very minor pulling at spine). A glorious copy of a real period treasure. High resolution images are available on request.
