*Annuals: Nutwood’s favourite son, Rupert the Bear is an iconic British character, established since the early part of the 20th Century and immortalised in Annuals which still continue to this day. He is a fond favourite of ours here at 30th Century; I grew up with a sense of wonder engendered by those marvellous, evocative front and end papers that so encapsulated magic and adventure.
