*Girls’ Picture Libraries: Beginning in 1963, Judy Picture Library began by collecting serials from its weekly edition, then branched out into new stories starring popular characters including maid-of-all-work ‘Wee Slavey’, gymnast ‘Topsy On Her Toes’, junior secret agent ‘The Girl From D.O.R.S.E.T.’ and space-girl ‘Fabula’.
