*Boys’ Adventure & War Comics: As if Summer Specials for Lion & Valiant weren’t enough, IPC/Fleetway also saw fit to publish three combined Special Extras from 1968-1970, featuring characters from both titles, such as Robot Archie, Paddy Payne, Zip Nolan, Billy Bunter, Captain Hurricane and many more. These 96 page bumper editions are vanishingly rare, and we hardly ever see them, so we’re pleased to feature a 1969 example in a very presentable VG+ at £70, with no significant defects.
