*Marvel: After a well-received run in Marvel Premiere, the Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Strange, won back his own series, commencing with #1 issue in 1974. His run in Marvel Premiere had been characterised by some of the most inventive and daring storytelling and artwork seen in comics at that time, and the quality continued in this new series from the Bute Collection, written by Steve Englehart and featuring the superlative illustrations of Frank Brunner.
