*Marvel: What’s Old is our feature where we highlight stuff from our catalogue that you may have missed. Jazzy Johnny Romita really excelled himself with the cover of Amazing Spider-Man #66, one of my favourites of his tenure on the wall-crawler. Appropriately enough for a special effects artist and illusionist, Mysterio is one of the most visually striking of Spidey’s Rogues’ Gallery, and this great-looking issue does not disappoint. This cents copy is a very respectable mid-grade, with some spine/reading wear, but nice cover colour and gloss, tight firm staples and decent off-white pages.
