*Boys’ Adventure & War Picture Libraries: More than 30 Battle Picture Libraries added this week, from 1970 and #478 through to the end of the pre-decimal era with #520 (many of the later issues are dual priced). Although these stories mostly had one-off protagonists, there were some recurring features including Maddock’s Marauders, Top Sergeant Ironside and Battler Britton.
